Chef Will Hall graduated from Johnson and Wales University and was born and raised from the East Coast on the North Shore in Massachusetts. He has been involved in the food industry for over 20 years. He brings his culinary talents to the West Coast and claims his parties are "Wicked Good!"
Clambakes and other offered parties can be given in a backyard, a park, or any outdoor setting (where permitted). The only requirement is a source of water and parking within 100ft. of cooking site. Pot style Clambake parties run for about 3-4 hours. We arrive about 2 hours before serving time, set up cooking stations, serving tables, condiments, claw crackers and picks. We bring it all and then we get cooking! Everything is cooked fresh on-site. We serve up Chowda first then Lobstah and all the sides, followed by fresh watermelon. We collect the trash and dispose of it for you so you can enjoy the rest of the party with no worries.
